Sachin, in his last role, was Senior Director and Head of Valuations, JLL India. In this tenure with JLL that lasted for 16 years, Sachin oversaw valuations of large-scale properties, including portfolio valuations and stand-alone real estate asset valuations, best use option studies, feasibility studies, and location consulting. His extensive experience in property valuations covers most asset classes, namely residential, commercial office, retail developments, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and industrial properties, among others at varying stages of development ranging from vacant lands, projects under construction, to developed and operational properties. All of these valuations were based on varying techniques, while adopting the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation Standards and Guidelines. He features in the global list of RICS Trained Assessors.
