Pankaj Jain advises on the sports & fund raise practice for the group. Prior to that he was the Director in the Restructuring practice of Duff & Phelps based at Mumbai. Before moving back to India, Pankaj worked in Europe and the Middle East on corporate restructurings, fund raising in special situations, debt syndications, accelerated divestitures and lately turnarounds. He started his career with Standard & Poor, London (S&P) in the telecoms coverage team and thereafter spent over 16 + years in industry with extensive time spent in manufacturing, EPC and heavy engineering businesses. Pankaj holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and an ACCA qualifications.
