He specializes in tax planning, tax and legal due diligence, litigation management, transactional advisory, succession planning, strategy formation and inbound and outbound structuring. Mr. Singal has successfully represented clients across a breadth of industries before the CIT (A), ITAT and NCLT. He has also been a trusted adviser to Indian and foreign clients on business restructuring including due diligence.
